Delta Air Transport was formed in 1966 to operate air-taxi and charter services.

Scheduled passenger services are operated linking Antwerp and Brussels with Amsterdam

and Düsseldorf on behalf of KLM/NLM and Sabena. Charter flights to points in Europe and the Mediterranean area are also flown. Shares in Delta are currently held by Sotramat S.A. Delta Air Transport NV  Until July 1976 Delta was a subsidiary of Companie Maritime

Belge but this company's holding (66-6%) was acquired by the general aviation company Sotramat SA during that month. Remaining shareholding is held by KLM.
